That's really good... Anatomically porportionate and all, nice texture and lighting in the fur. But... Mechanical pencil?! As in those bic things they sell in office supply stores? I'd spend some money on real art supplies... They would serve you well, and you could do a lot more with them.
oh I do have real art supplies it's all I had with me at the moment, I was sitting at my mom's bedside in the hospital and needed to get out some energy so I sketched some chimpanzees...
I usually do my graphite portrait work with that kind of pencil however, because I can get the most detail........always sharp thank you so much for the positive input on the lighting and texture!!!!!
Aww this is cute. It has a great sense of texture, especially in the faces. Good contrast as well, but it sort of leaves me to wonder what's in the background...very well done, though.
