SO many different mediums went into this.

conte crayon, charcoal, watercolors, acrylics, fabric paint, NAILPOLISH, sharpie, cray-pas.

The red shadowed is the body, that is being licked, the blue is the tongue, and the yellow is the body of the one, that licks. The green is the arm of the one being licked. I felt like there were these two people at night, doing you know, and the moon shines through a window into their room.

Maybe it is time for medication ;D

but yeah the thing that I intentionally put in is what you highlighted, sort of haha! the blue that you have as a tongue, is like the collar of the cape, and the red you have as the body, is the cape flying...... a vampire flying in the night air....lolllll
